That’s our coffee – the way we roast it, the way we brew it, and the way we serve it all play a big role in making sure you get the perfect cup every time.

Brew Nerds Coffee fact: The optimum brewing temperature for gravity extracted coffee is between 195 – 205 degrees Fahrenheit. Our brewers hold water at a constant 204 to ensure a great cup every time!
